La Mesma Organic Gavi

Superb, minerally Gavi from the heart of this historic winemaking region.   A very elegant, easy to drink white wine, with floral, subtle apricot and citrus notes, and a wonderfully long finish.   La Mesma is made by three sisters, who farm their estate organically. 

Great with vegetable antipasti , light risotti, light pasta dishes. Or simply on its own.
